Shop when the time is right!

So when it comes to being frugal with our spending, it's best if we buy when the time is right. For example the best time for a winter coat is not in Nov./Dec. when it's the coldest, it's actually in Feb. when stores want to clear things out.
If we want to save money, we have shift our perception of buying.

Here's a quick run down of what is ideal to buy in what months.
